Product Description
The cam wire rotary spring machine is based on the cam machine with the function of wire rotary which is convenient to operate, efficient, fast, stable, and high-precision. It is mainly composed of cam axis, wire feed axis, wire rotary axis, quil mandrel, spinner (optional accessory), etc. The five axes can be operated synchronously. Each axis is controlled by CNC. The wire feeding length, production speed, and production quantity can be modified according to its needs. It is only necessary to input data according to the drawing, and the debugging is very fast.
1. It is cam design, producing springs with high speed and accuracy, good stability.
2. Used Taiwan' s CNC system and equipped with Sanyo or Yaskawa servo motors.
3. Wire feed with rotary wire, so it is easy to commission.
4. Computer operation panel and screen displayed in Chinese and English which makes the operation easy.
5. It is suitable for for producing double tension spring , straight spring, pagoda-shape pull the compression spring , rectangle spring, swirl spring and other different spring and special -shape spring etc.
6. Its tool has good strength and durability, longer service life, less frequent replacement in the long-term, and lower cost. At the same time, it also saves maintenance time, which is conducive to long-term mass production and greatly improves production efficiency.
